3.0 takes ll01 approved oil, which typically a castrol euro 0w40 or liqui moly 5w30 or you could also use mobil 1 0w40. Both castrol and mobil 1 euro 0w40 are readily available at walmart.
Transfer case in your car is not xdrive, so you dont have to get the expensive xdrive specific fluid.
Does your car have a GM or ZF transmission? Either way you can get Castrol fluid specific to the transmission and is currently on sale at advance auto.
Diff tajes 75w90 gl5 fluid. You have lots,of choice for gear oil, most popular is the redline 75w90.
