The PDC sensors are only mounted in the trim panels on the pre-facelift bumper. They are in the main bumper on LCI cars...

QSilver7 - is of the pre-facelift version, just to show the 4.6IS lower section).
Also buy the two side clips - #11 (a left and a right - two different part numbers) in the diagram above - they will break when you removed the bumper, no matter how careful you are.
