I would check two items first. Remove the hose from the pump and verify you have flow. Second, access the spray nozzle and remove the hose and check. A lot of times it is a plugged spray nozzle. You may have to clean it, use a pin to clear the holes. Also, check that small check valve at the rear as shown on the diagram.
If you have no flow at the rear with the nozzle off, then you know it's between the pump and the rear and you then have enough proof to justify to yourself the trouble of tracking it down in the car.
