Does the motor come on? Try this; plug the wires from the front washer motor into the rear washer motor then activate the front washer motor by pulling on the stalk. If the motor comes on, and it should, you will get fluid out the rear washer. If the motor comes on and you don't get fluid, then you've confirmed your line is clogged. Clogged line is unlikely. Clogged washer is a possibility.
My rear washer also doesn't work. My research has led me to believe the problem is a chip on the board for the rear wiper motor. I did the test mentioned above and I get fluid out the rear washer. I haven't wanted to spend a couple hundred dollars to replace the rear motor. I've had more pressing issues requiring that money.
