Find out where the problem is before ordering a shaft. The LCI models don't really have front driveshaft issues like the earlier X5's did. We have our own set of issues. Some inspection is in order to pinpoint your issue. Though, after 140,000 miles... if the rear shaft has never been serviced (flex disc, CSB) then count yourself lucky it didn't make noise or vibration until now. The front also has a flex disc, but no CSB. The rear has a CV joint that mates to the differential.
