21mm works and it was able to loosen the bolts easily with my impact, it's just too fat.. when I tried out 19mm using the same set of impact socket it fits snugly during tightening.. I quit torquing it last night because I have a gut feeling I'm not doing it right (I could have stripped it and have more problems).. there's always a sunny and warmer next day
