I agree completely. The E90 and E60 style issues have pretty much gone quiet. The price will be the thing to get over.
Picking my next car, I priced out a 530xiT, then a 550 sedan (both with M-sport packages, and most options), and suddenly the $126,000 CDN for the M5 didn't look so ridiculous anymore. That showed me how much prices are moving up. Still don't think I can justify the M5 as a daily driver though....
