Do these gaps in the line piss pressurized fluid when you hit the rear window washer button? I would be careful with tape or glue. This is not water in the hose? It's Anti-freeze, methylated spirits/methanol/ethanol/isopropanol/ethylene glycol.
Any old glue? May not do?
I would lean, as above, to a mechanical repair. I would go to the hardware store, look in the plumbing section, or the outdoor sprinkler section. Those little sprinkler joiner pipes maybe the ticket.
