Put vehicle on jack stands or take to shop with lift. Make damn sure its well supported if you do this yourself. Use automotive stethoscope and listen to diff and outer hubs while someone is powering the X up from driver's seat. I suspected outboard hub bearings on a 2000 Mustang and was wrong. It was bearings within diff. Not saying this is case for you. Showing you a technique. If its CVs clicking you will have to decipher this while underneath.You can't touch those obviously while they're rotating.
