Havering run on flat save the day twice now I'm a fan for life not going back.

Saved a trip to the mall of America once when a valve stem self destructed and I was able to drive to a safe location to temporarily fix the valve (with TAPE believe it or not: my wife said "don't you have tape or something" which I thought was ludicrous until I tried it) second time I got a flat at freeway speeds and though I ruined the tire by the time I pulled over the car drove fine on the flat including the mile or two to the next exit where I found a closed gas station with an overhead canopy and good lighting where I could change my flat in relative comfort compared to the freeway shoulder as it was breezy and 10°F and moderate snow.

The run on flat also give me an extra 1000# load capacity.
