That's not a problem...just normal situation.
When there's a power loss...the sunroof needs to be reinitialized. You don't have a signature or car info (probably due to using the mobile version) that gives any mention of your model/model year...so I don't know which sunroof type you have...so check your owners manual for the instructions on how to reinitialize your sunroof.
