Yes, something like this worked on mine too. The piece of plastic on the bottom that pops off is a little tricky, and I ended up snapping one of the tabs off. That required me to put a screw in when reinstalling. If you want to avoid that, I'd search on here a little more to learn exactly where the tabs are so you know where to push, etc. to pop it off without snapping anything.

But yes, that's all mine needed. The mirror was loose, and it just needed some of those Torx screws to be tightened, and it's perfect again.
