You are correct, there is no Save button. As you adjust your ride heights the car will respond if changes are made. After you make your changes just exit out of INPA. Now after all done shut off the X if it was running and wait a while. Go for a short drive - run an errand. Come home and shut it off, it should have settled into the calibrated adjustment.

I think I cycled mine through a raise and a lower also with multiple start stops snd short trips. I do remember the air compressor running at each startup for the next couple days, but that didn’t seem to make changes to the ride height.

My mistake was multiple adjustments without going on a drive. I think my X got confused (along with me). You may need to go for a drive before you start making new changes and then start calibration all over.
