For anyone taking on this task, I would recommend searching your area to see if there is a DIY garage where you can access a lift. I found
DIY Garage Indy several years ago, where I can rent a lift bay for $20/hour. This makes the job so much easier, to be able to stand under the vehicle instead of crawling around on my back. I even use this place for oil changes in the winter, so I can work in a dry, temperature controlled area and fully inspect the underside while doing the maintenance.
