The front repair kit has the two halves of the main carriers, these fit together and slide in the cassette track; they carry the arms which hold the front glass and the mechanism to angle these arms when the roof moves forward (so the roof tilts). The front kit also has the cable to the motor.

Check the three torx screws on the right side of the glass, behind the bellows, and see that they aren’t loose.

If the carrier running in the track has popped out, it’s probably well worn out.

You need a good five hours to remove, strip and re-assemble the cassette, and re-fit everything. You might need the rear repair kit too because of the end stops that must be broken to be removed - I think they are in the rear kit.
