Not sure on the others, #5 - panoramic roof does have issues where the rear glass tips up (press switch up into housing), but it doesn't retract properly. From what I've gathered so far, most elect to just disable the rear tilt up function.
There are kits available online which have the plastic bits if you're so inclined to fix it.
