It's all about compromises with these sorts of things. Cargo space vs. audio reproduction. That is certainly a small box and sub combo with the Audison. That amp is capable of driving those 2 JL audio 12's cleanly. You'll also be able to move that frequency Xover down a bit as well. Looks like it's up ~100hrz. With the 2 12's you should be able to move it down to ~60hrz fairly easily.
Have you tried lowering that Xover to see if the sub/box will play it cleanly? Might give you a little more low end fill you're after.
