Still have not solved the problem with my Seicane unit. I cannot get DVDs to play. The way it is supposed to work is that when a DVD is inserted in the player the DVD screen comes up. The only suggestion they have had is to reset it and take it to an audio shop. I have done the reset several times and been to an audio shop twice. I have asked them 7 times to send me a new unit and DVD player and I will send the one I have back. They want me to send it back for repair when they haven't had any idea what might be wrong in 4 months of asking.

There is a factory setting for DVDs. What is your's set on? There are several options.
