I believe the blank switch is also for european models, which I've seen with an active comfort seat, much like the seat you can get in the E38/E65/66 7-series. Active seats would take up 2 spots, so I'm not sure what they are missing. I know they've always had tire pressure monitor. HDC, DSC, bootlid buttons are standard, as well as PDC on the V8 models, so I'm not sure how their configuration is
