Hi all,
With a heavy heart I am writing this listing for my 2003 X5 4.6iS in Estoril Blue/Alcantra interior w/ Dinan. The car currently has 68,018 miles on it. I am the second owner (the original owner is a family friend who lives less than a mile away). It has been a weekend car for me, as it was also for the previous owner. I've been keeping the car garaged in Northern VA as I'm too nervous to bring it to my home in DC - it is time for her to go to the next home and continue being appreciated!! You will not find a 4.6iS with lower mileage. Asking $15,000 OBO. Clear title in-hand.
The car is in pristine condition; continuously garage kept, regularly detailed, meticulously maintained with paper-copy in folder of all maintenance including the original Bill of Sale from the dealership (but not the window sticker, shoot!). I have all of the maintenance outlined in a very nice Excel Spreadsheet - please email or text me and I will send you a copy (contact info at bottom of post). The spreadsheet includes all regular 5W30 oil changes, coolant flushes, alignments, brake jobs, valve replacements, etc. If it's been done, it's on the spreadsheet. Only maintained at BMW Dealerships and AutoScandia of Herndon, VA. This car reads ZERO error codes.

August 2017: New brakes, rotors and Dueler tires
Jan. 2018: She got a fresh paint job on the hood, front bumper, roof, rear trunk, and all door jams. I'm a bit OCD and a chip here and there bothers me. She's looking fresh off the showroom floor now.
June 2018: New radiator and holding tank, new A/C belt
August 2018: New airflow sensor
