found an '06 4.8is with 11k miles this Spring.
This year, I paid him about $7k less than the asking here for his comparative hum-drum 41k mile 530i sport E39. I'm sitting on it till we hand-me-down a beat down we're-the-only-owner E46 for my daughter.
Of course, he paid less than I did for mine 7 years ago, but these are E53's after all. The enthusiast market is small, but this board is one of best places to test it.
