Mine was missing the cargo net also (it was listed in the options when I decoded the VIN) so I got one from a local auction site too - NZ$100.
Yep, odd that they go missing from cars, although I got mine from a chap that had an E53, "upgraded" to an E70 then found the E53 cargo net in his garage a couple of year later.
