Send me some links and I have more than a few months to decide - Andrew is a good guy I've spoken to him several times and have no problem going on the trip - however, BPC is not a shady operation I've been there a few times, they have worked on my vehicles, spoken to Bob who does the tuning and he knows what hes talking about, and being 20 mins down the road is a big consideration when needing support and/or maintenance items on an out of warranty vehicle. I would imagine tunes and processes have improved over the past couple years as well, it was only a handful of years ago we had 1 maybe 2 reliable tunes on the market for the 35D.

80% is a stretch. More like 50% on a good day
50% better than 0% especially when its the wifeys vehicle! LOL

Once the EGR is deleted changing the thermostat will be much easier. You'd be shocked at how much room the EGR takes up.
This is exactly why I asked - that alone will make me so happy to spend the $150-200 extra to install the EGR race pipe and get the JUNK out of there - having more room to work, taking parts out that leak and/or break, etc. I will definitely do the EGR Race Pipe.

Biggest advantage you ATM's intercooler is that it eliminates boost leaks because they don't use the crappy oem connections
Exactly what I was thinking, and Dave? at ATM emailed me today and is super nice and responsive, when asking about his exhaust too - his is 3" all the way, Rawtek is 3.5" tapered to 3" in the midpipe, so I'm not sure if its worth the $150 over the ATM exhaust setup. ATM also makes the ASV elbow which gets rid of the last crappy OEM connection and is worth the $120 if I'm getting the intercooler.

Thanks for all the help so far!
I'm thinking ASV Elbow/Intercooler from ATM ($120 plus $700)
ATM Exhaust or Rawtek exhaust (differences noted above, about $150 difference)
EGR Race Pipe ($150-200)
Swirl Flaps Delete ($50)
Tune ($1000 give or take)
Any other parts I'm missing, besides the labor for the tune and deletes?
I probably will feel good enough about it to do the intercooler install myself, I did one on my Volkswagen GLI years ago. The rest I'll have done because I don't have the time anymore.
