Ok, just poking around with the harness I’ve come up with the following. It was easy to determine the speakers, but with no markings on the speakers themselves for positive / negative it’s tough to tell the polarity. In order to check this you would have to see each speaker to tell if it is moving in or out when AA battery is applied. I was able to verify polarity on the rear trunk pillar speakers as it was easy to remove the plastic trim to reveal the speakers so in the chart below I marked them accordingly. This should be enough info for you to hook up a line level converter.
