I think you’re right about RHD being different.
When I’ve looked at realoem and similar sites;
If I choose RHD - the DPF and ‘flap control ‘is unavailable even in Europe on the E53 in any year including 2006;
But if I choose LHD it becomes available.
But not all sites show it.
I’ve learned something...
