Good point if you can find LL-01 approved oil then the 5w30 is fine.

From what I have noticed 0w40 "tends" to be approved (I switched to Castrol Syntec a while back so I didn't notice that Mobil One is no longer approved.

Most synthetic 5w30 oils on the market weren't LL-01 approved the last time that I checked.
