SO as a follow up, I had to take her in on Monday to get a diagnosis. The chart said to first replace the turbo pressure sensor. Done. The MAP sensor was also replaced and WE ARE BACK BABY!!! They did a few joy rides and no codes so it looks like the riddle is solved. Didn't end up being anything fuel related and just a coincidence. Hope this helps someone else if they start having issues.
