Strange, light is out again this weekend.. 
Drive cycle seems to be more short trips and idle time during the week, where as I put some highway miles on it this weekend, and my foot tends to be a bit heavier than my wifes..

Judging by the very low mileage I'm gonna say a lot of the issues are stemming from very short drive times and no adequate highway driving. I'd say a good long trip at highway speeds to get the thing plenty hot to start. I worked for BMW for a bit and we had so many issues from people literally driving the car down the block to the store and back, and they never got the car up to temp but maybe 3-5 times in it's entire 2 year lease period.
