Ok I got it lifted now and took the wheels off to check if anything was rubbing in the brakes. I recorded this video with something similar to the sound when driving.
The bolts on the stiffening plate are pretty tight not sure if I should even take them off since maybe they are good?
When your plate made sound was the plate and bolts visibly loose and able to move by hand or did it seem tight still?
