So I'd put more diagnosis testing into resolving that. Synched vs. not will do a lot to narrow down what the problem could be.
Up and down a hill the sound was the same, turned around and went up and down the same hill but no sounds.

I got underneath and had someone turn the rotor back and forth a little and it sounded like it was coming from the center of the car at the end if the shaft.
