$300 is pretty expensive but I guess you get the convenience of the dealer. I've called around and a full wheel strip/restore/paint is $185 per wheel at an upscale joint including road force balancing and has a lifetime warranty against peeling. Touch ups and less severe jobs are cheaper.

I imagine Perillo or any dealer on that note sends it out somewhere particularly if its a more extensive repair.
