These are E70, but I know a lot of you run them on the E53:

OEM Style 214's with Nitto Motivo tires ~8/32 tread
Fronts 73.0 lbs, Rears 77.8 lbs

X5M alloy spare with tire (pretty much the same as the E53 4.6/4.8 alloy spare) - 40.3 lbs
