I guess you have another thread on here somewhere about that? Sorry, I missed it.. Best to keep a single thread per problem! :-)
So why did you replace the classification resistor? These resistors are chosen in the factory to match the particular transfer case characteristics. Each transfer case has a specific classification resistor matched to it - you can't just buy any old resistor and fit it and expect it to work...
So did this new code appear right after replacing the classification resistor and gear? If so, you may still be able to sort this by running the actuator calibration routine in GT1/DIS/ISTA etc. - not sure.
Any other symptoms? Lights on the dash etc.? Is the xDrive working or is this error disabling it?
