You may think I have the wrong part but I can guarantee that I have the wrong part[emoji38]

I could only find part# 40-LA005600 in Kingdom and "supposedly" it's an acceptable replacement (throwing the BS flag). I may try to cut the 5th wire and connect it to power (if it's 12v) easy peasy. If not then no big loss as it was only $27.00 USD each.
