You have ONE single rear fog light to be illuminated ONLY in fog/low visibility. It is specifically designed to allow rear-approaching drivers to ID the cars' position, AND NOT CONFUSE IT WITH TWO BRAKE LIGFHTS.

'One bright light = car ahead just driving

Two bright lights = car ahead breaking, beware
