Thoughts on steering issue

Hello,

I have an E53 3.0. When I turn the steering to the right, roughly between 2 and 3'o clock position, the steering binds, meaning I have to use a little extra force to turn and it kinda clicks and then turns without any issues. This happens only under load, meaning, if I raise the front end and turn the wheel, I dont run in to the issue.

Little history on the maintenance. The control arms, ball joints, inner/outer tie rod ends and steering hoses were replaced 2000 miles ago. Both front axles were replaced at the same time with GKN units. These were done as preventative maintenance when I bought the truck.

Steering had a little play, so I had also replaced the steering shaft joint and thought that would solve the rough spot. It fixed the play, but the other issue is still there.

Before I start replacing the rack or pump, want to get your thoughts on what it "could" be?

Thanks
