So I just finished up working on my dads 4.4, replaced valley pan gasket and valve cover gaskets. Got it all buttoned up and now it won’t start.. I triple checked all the plugs related to fuel injectors, cam position sensors, vanos solenoids, etc. everything seems snug. I have double and triple checked various diy tutorials and made sure I got all the right plugs on the right connectors.

It fires up, 1 second later it shuts off. I can do that time after time. Never runs more than 1 second. No codes stored in the dme. I’m getting fuel pressure at the rail. I checked all the coil packs, ground straps / ground wires for the ignition harnesses. I’m running out of ideas.

Any help would be appreciated
