ahem....I've been there and done that...this post sums up the issues I had with my 01...except they all happened in about a 4 month period...I think that really BMW, much like Harley Davidson knows the patrons will pay...what is really going to make them have to look at quality? Cars sitting on the lots...since that is never going to happen they just keep churning them out they way they are, not to mention the margins on parts for the overall bottome line....as they say...it is what it is.
