Ok guys, I’ve got the light trio again. I’ve changed the actuator gear a couple times over the years. The last time i got the lights, I got another actuator, put a new gear in and put it back together. Still got the lights. It’s got new fluid, new actuator, new gear, and a different sensor. I had an Indy check the codes and he told me no communication between TC module and actuator. His solution obviously was that I need a new transfer case. It’s a 2006 with 167k. Well maintained and cared for. I haven’t bought a new sensor because one came with the other actuator and surely they both weren’t bad (I swapped them in and out)
Anyway, before I bend over for a new transfer case and input shafts, does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
