Caster effects tire wear as soon as you turn the wheel. I'd guess that'd the steering wheel but I doubt that's what you meant.

So I guess it depends on how much or how often you turn the wheel in comparison to driving straight. I mean the steering wheel, by the way.
I suppose it also means what the definition of "excessive" is also.
