I'm 99% positive that it is the same item used in other BMW models (as well as pre-facelift e53s)...try pulling up any of those models to get the 11 digit BMW part nbr. I used the e53 X5 4.6is for the link and diagram below (I use BMWfans.info because you can actually copy their diagram's URL address...realoem.com doesn't allow it).
It appears BMW has changed the mounting screw's part nbr multiple times...and the last one doesn't have a "date range" in the supplemental column...you can verify by clicking the link below for the following part nbr:
