I would bet engine mounts if it shakes enough to annoy in drive at a red light.

Almost all cars shake or make too much noise for my senses when in drive not moving but my wife's X5 is worse than mine for sure.

I bumped my idle up about 25 to make it run smoother at idle and it's very helpful
