I chased this issue as well. Dealer replaced door handles. I believe a total of five of them over three trips.
It was found as battery drain, and codded to Comfort access. The car was not going to sleep? they suggested.
On a personnel note - with the car in the cool garage, the rear door handle was warm to the touch in the morning. I found that odd. To me, obviously electrical.
