Double and triple checked my work. Picked up some techron and went for a 20 mile ride, ran perfectly at speed but below 1,000 rpm still misfiring/hesistating.

I Pulled the disa and found that the o-ring was either never there or completely gone. Picking one up this afternoon. May or may not have anything to do with the problem but more maintenance never hurt.

thank you for the advice on the foxwell I will give that a try.

Also looks like the ccv may be coming into play as one of the feeder hoses looked quite rough and i can imagine the parts I can't see are worse. That'll be another thread for sure.
