I have LED bulbs for turns I have not plugged it (really digging the stealth bulbs in there now)
I presume your parking lights are at ~full bright~, and when turns are enabled, it's flashes

yeah, it's just the PWN that is driving the ~driver~ that is tied into the rings bonkers.
Wish it was the latter. The rings in amber are bada##.
