Changed battery as previous one was dead and could not hold a charge.
After driving about 2 miles, a number of lights on the dash were displayed.

4x4 lights, Tyre Pressure, ABS light and the light with the red ! mark.

Any ideas what this could be?
I have driven it for 60miles since, and still they are present.
