It seems to be coming down from the front of the motor, but the water pump area is dry above and below. I would say the leak I had previously was whatever is leaking now, and not my old water pump.

check the coolant hose under the pulley from the bottom of the expansion tank, my mechanic replaced my expansion tank and in so doing inadvertently bent the hose upwards causing it to rub the pulley and it was extremely hard to see and didn't drip clearly so that you could see it until you moved the hose. It should be clear to see if those hoses are now appearing to be too close to the pulley.
