Their support was actually pretty fast and very helpful. I'm surprised they work on the weekends but they said that's when customers need the most help (makes sense).

I'm wrong for being so hasty to post about my woes. Theres a support page that they directed me towards. You need to login with the email you used to purchase the unit. But this support page has a lot of resources on how to set up the unit.

The unit does not come with some features installed, so you need to go to the webpage and install the apps yourself.
