I have H&R lowered my X5 by more than 2" (yes more than what H&R advertised) for front and rear about 1.5. I added the M5 bump stops and not bouncy and not too rough although it feels different than OEM but not significant, that's all I can say. I have auto-leveling air suspension on Arnotts.
