The good news is that the ratchety sound is now gone
The bad news is we don’t have A/C because I couldn’t get the new A/C belt on
Before I started taking it apart, I should have used my inspection camera to check the fasteners on the crankshaft Vibration Balancer to verify that there was an easy way to rotate the crankshaft while installing the A/C belt.

So now I’m trying to find a tool to either:
1- install the A/C belt without rotating the crankshaft or
2 - turn the cranksaft while installing the stretch fit A/C belt.
